General Summary and Purpose:

Victory Capital Management is seeking a full-time Digital Content Specialist with digital marketing expertise to be a part of the marketing team to drive and execute creative content for social, website and blog projects. This role will help channel the voice of Victory Capital across our B2B and B2C audiences.

You will report to the Social Media Strategist.

You Will:

• Collaborate in content planning and execution for the Victory Capital social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube)
• Work closely with Social Media Strategist and Marketing Managers to understand content strategy and goals, meet content calendar deadlines, monitor and engage in social conversations, submit content for compliance review and properly deploy content to various distribution channels
• Support content creation and programs for community building activities
• Write on-brand social copy, manage photo and video assets as needed
• Help schedule and deploy posts across all Victory Capital social channels using social scheduling platforms or directly in platform
• Write internal employee communications for publication on Company intranet site
• Work on quick-turnaround communications that help Victory Capital stay relevant in community and social conversations
• Work seamlessly with counterparts to ensure successful communication, sharing of assets, and execution of brand initiatives
• Participate as a key member of our social customer care team to help our clients who have questions on our social platforms

You Have:

• 2+ years of social media management experience
• Strong copywriting skills
• Sound understanding of content process and publication protocols
• Passion for digital marketing engagement, social media strategies and understanding the needs our customers to meet their goals
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, energetic, adaptable, flexible and reliable
• Knowledge of online marketing for regulated industries
