We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting our brand within the competitive affiliate marketing industry. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and strong understanding of social media platforms will be essential in driving brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, revenue growth. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives and brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Content creation and curation: Produce engaging and shareable content, including posts, images, videos, and infographics, to attract and retain our target audience of online entrepreneurs.
• Community management: Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly while fostering positive relationships with our followers.
• Campaign management: Plan and oversee social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Social media analytics: Analyze and report on the performance of social media activities, using data to optimize strategies, measure ROI, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Coordinate with the performance, content, sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Monitor trends, tools, and applications in social media and digital marketing to keep the company at the forefront of industry developments.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of proven work experience as a Social Media professional or similar role (preferably in the affiliate marketing industry or a related martech, digital e-ecommerce product, or related space).
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative social media campaign ideas.
• Experience in managing paid social media campaigns is a plus.
