The Role:

As Social Media Specialist you will create engaging content, optimize company pages, and foster community interaction. The Social Media Specialist is skilled with various social media platforms and will utilize analytics to drive customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue growth.

SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST - What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Create and manage internal blog content, strategy, and process
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Refresh and optimize company pages to increase the visibility of social content
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Create, manage, and update nurturing campaigns for various business units and events using HubSpot
• Oversee editorial calendars and syndication schedules with CMO
• Continuously improve reach by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data, insights and best practices
• Collaborate with other teams to manage reputation, identify key initiatives, and coordinate actions
• Manage monthly download reports, newsletters, and dashboard metrics
• Collaborate and support teams with website updates, content, and SEO campaigns

SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST - Who You Are:

• Experience working as a social media, marketing communications, or content specialist with a digital marketing or creative agency
• Extensive experience creating, managing, and nurturing social media campaigns on latest platforms, including LinkedIn
• Strong creative mindset with the ability to produce captivating content for social media, blogs, and external audiences
• Keen eye for the details with a passion for copywriting and writing styles
• Previous experience managing the creation and maintenance of campaigns with HubSpot (preferred) or similar CRM
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Strong knowledge of web design, web development, digital marketing services, CRO and SEO
• Advanced presentation and communication skills with the ability to conduct business in a professional manner
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management skills - highly detailed, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects
• Strong technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite - Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, preferred
• Previous experience working with B2B, Technology, or SaaS marketing, preferred
