The Brand Team seeking a motivated Social Media Specialist to provide support to our Brand Marketing Team located at ADI's Wilmington MA location. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for operationalizing ADI's social media platforms strategy. This role will be tasked with the ongoing social strategy, and the copywriting and producing of client-facing social media activities that drive business results. We are looking for someone proficient in cross-channel media activations and analysis of social frameworks. This role will report to the Senior Manager of social media and will work closely with the Brand Team, Paid Media, and Lead Gen Team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Create highly engaging social media content for all channels
  • Develop channel strategies that showcase thought leadership for the brand
  • Create channel specific social media strategies and content to ensure all channels provide unique value to their specific audiences
  • Consistently challenge the status quo of what it means to have company voices and faces out there in the market from a buyer perspective
  • Stay on top of social media format trends and make recommendations on ever-evolving channel plans
  • Create social media plans that clearly map out priority topics, themes, events, goals and always-on content
  • Work with data analytics team and dashboards to make informed data driven decisions and uncover actionable insights

Minimum qualifications

  • 4 years college degree
  • 1-3 years of working/interning experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in B2C brands

Preferred qualifications

  • 1-3 years working/interning in social media content writing or content strategist role
  • Experience working with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meltwater, and others
  • Experience in B2B brands
