About This Role
This person will be a key member of the brand marketing team, leading Chipper social media management while driving the brand development and operational organization for Chipper's CEO. You will demonstrate impeccable organization and creative execution to increase engagement across social channels, events, and more.

Job Description
- Act as the primary contact for all social media marketing needs, coordinating with internal growth and brand marketing team members, contractors and partners to prioritize work, generate and follow production schedules
- Define and facilitate strategies that enable organic growth across key channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube) to increase audience size, audience engagement and conversions
- Utilize social media tools to develop meaningful reports on key metrics
- Develop and maintain the social media calendar, planning content that ladders up to marketing objectives, platform nuances, trends, and most importantly, the target audience.
- Produce digital marketing content including copy and design of social media posts and supporting content
- Create and/or facilitate the creation of original photography, graphics, videos, and ads
- Foster social communities and online reputation of brand, programs, and initiatives, providing rapid response to inquiries and comments
- Serve as an expert on brand guidelines, helping to ensure compliance across digital marketing channels
- Ownership of CEO calendar, email organization and prioritization with the ability to recognize and maintain confidential information
- Coordinate detailed event and speaking opportunity logistics including travel and itineraries
- Prioritize CEO meeting requests and work proactively to identify and mitigate scheduling conflicts.

- 2+ years of social media marketing experience
- 2+ years of executive assistant experience
- Proficiency operating social media management and listening tools
- Experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut
- Bachelor degree or equivalent training
- A portfolio that includes relevant projects
- Incredibly organized and efficient at managing your time across multiple projects, while focusing on deadlines
