SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

BURGA — a non-traditional fashion brand taking the world by storm — is looking for a Social Media Manager to manage and scale our TikTok and Instagram platforms with engaging and trend-setting content.

We take everyday boring items and, with a bit of magic and extreme imagination, develop them into lifestyle & fashion accessories millions of people worldwide are psyched to use.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

As a Social Media Manager, you will dive into the dynamic worlds of TikTok and Instagram, where your mission will be to engage our audience with compelling content and keep our brand at the forefront of social media trends. From managing BURGA Social Media accounts and analyzing performance metrics to collaborating with our Community team and staying updated on the latest trends, you'll be the driving force behind our social media presence.

GET READY TO:

- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with BURGA’s marketing goals.

- Come up with content ideas that align with our brand voice and visual identity.

- Manage and scale BURGA's TikTok and Instagram official platforms, and maintain a consistent and engaging presence.

- Analyze performance metrics to identify what content works best and what doesn’t, using data to inform future strategies.

- Be all ears on social media, reacting swiftly to trends, news, and cultural moments to keep our content relevant and engaging.

- Collaborate with the Community team to understand user preferences and sentiment, and curate social media content that resonates with our audience.

- Monitor social media news, chase trends, and stay updated on the ever-changing social media landscape.

WE EXPECT YOU TO:

- Have 3+ years of social media experience.

- Proven success in developing creative strategies for organic channels.

- Proficient in TikTok and Instagram.

- Strong analytical skills for tracking performance.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt well to tight deadlines.

- Skilled in trend analysis and quick to respond to trends.

- Passionate about social media with a hands-on content creation approach.

- Culturally savvy and trend-aware.

- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

- Copywriting and/or video editing experience is a plus.

SALARY: 2500- 3700 Eur/gross per month
