• Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Develop, implement and manage their social media strategy
• Define important social media KPIs
• Measure the success of the client’s YouTube social media campaign
• Make recommendations in regards to structure and best practices
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• Create and standardize video uploading processes/protocol
• Work in a multidisciplinary team with copywriters and designers
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
• Track and analyze SEO in order to provide effective solutions for content optimization

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven work experience as a Social media strategist (YouTube)
• Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
