Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.
We are currently looking for a Social Media Supervisor to join our New York based TV & Streaming division. The Supervisor will manage a team of social media managers and oversee the social content for some of the most talked about late night television shows currently on air! We are looking for someone who possesses an interpersonal, strategic and analytical skill set with a strong interest in television, pop culture, politics, and internet culture.
Your Impact
- Build meaningful relationships with day-to-day clients, partnering with them to understand and identify their business issues, strategies, initiatives, priorities and expectationsÂ
- Lead a team of social media managers
- Provide quality assurance on all social media content calendars and posting to social media accounts by your team member
- Lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of the account including management of approvals for all deliverables across various projects
- Manage the scope to ensure that we are fulfilling our obligations to the clientÂ
- Provide creative solutions to achieve the client’s objectives
Your Experience
- At least 4 years of experience working in social media, entertainment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills
- Experience leading & mentoring a teamÂ
- Ability to manage multiple projects and extremely tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
