What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is seeking a FULL-TIME Social Media Video Editor - Ad to deliver high-quality and impactful video content for our brands. The candidate should be able to create short-form videos that capture the attention of the audience, inspire action, and drive results. This is a great opportunity for a creative, adaptable, and resourceful Video Editor. This job is a REMOTE position.

What you'll be doing:

• Video Editing: Collaborate with the Social Media/Marketing team to conceptualize and edit video content for various social media platforms that align with our brand’s marketing strategy.
• Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices related to video content.
• Incorporate innovative and out of the box ideas and techniques to keep our brand's content fresh, relevant, and engaging with our audience.
• Candidates are expected to embrace continuous learning, keeping up with the latest 
• video editing techniques and industry trends.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in content creation of short form videos for social media or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Digital Media or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe Premiere, Media Encoder After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and other video encoding software.
• Editors must possess the skills needed to successfully edit exciting, creative short form promotional, marketing, and social media style videos aligned with the vision for the project.
• Editors should have strong skills for color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to create visually stunning and impactful video ads.
• Editors must have an understanding of internet / social media advertising principles, techniques, and trends to incorporate into their ads for better results.
• Editors must be familiar with different video formats and be able to resize and animate full screen videos into various frame sizes and aspect ratios for desktop and mobile screen dimensions.
• Editors must be familiar with different codecs and video compression techniques to achieve highest quality videos with the smallest file size. 
• Editor should have an understanding of metrics and analytics such as click-through rate, engagement rate, and conversion rate to optimize video ads for better results.
• Must have strong organizational and file management skills and be able to manage video project files and ensure proper naming conventions and folder structures. 
• Meet deadlines and manage their time effectively to account for the downloading, exporting, and uploading of large media files.
• A keen eye, attention to detail, and artistic ability.
• Strong communication and cross-functional skills, with the ability to engage. 
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Nice To Haves:

• Experience with the adult entertainment industry or film production industry.
• Experience with Google Workspaces such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Sheets.
