Social Media Video Editor / Producer

We’re Looking For A: 

Social Media Video Editor/Producer to ideate, edit and create a variety of video and motion graphic content that will be used to support Golden Hippo’s brands in the health, wellness, beauty and pet industries. The successful candidate is results-driven and excited about creating content that measurably increases brand success primarily on Youtube and TikTok and will additionally assist in making content for Facebook and Instagram. They will be able to juggle several pre-production, production and post-production responsibilities to deliver engaging and impactful video projects for direct-to-consumer brands.

Location: Woodland Hills 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the full process of ideation, creation, editing, and reviews of short form and occasionally long form videos for YouTube and other social media platforms
• Create motion graphics to accompany videos
• Design and create YouTube thumbnail images
• Develop video topic ideas taking into account each brand’s identity, audience, and current trends
• Create engaging community posts for Youtube community tabs to grow and engage audience
• Log and track progress of all your projects
• Work collaboratively with cross departmental teams, including Youtube and Social to assist in making content for all brands
• Analyze and communicate results with Youtube and Social teams

$54,300-$72,400, annual & monthly KPI bonus potential, depending upon experience
