Social Media/Recruitment Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Our Bulgaria TA Team is looking for a Recruitment Marketing/Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for attracting qualified candidates through online platforms and social media channels. You will work closely with the TA team and Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and create targeted campaigns to reach potential candidates.

In this role, you will get to:

• Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
• Use various job portals, social media platforms, and other online channels to source and engage candidates.
• Create compelling job postings and advertisements to increase visibility and interest in open positions.
• Optimize recruitment marketing campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and social media.
• Collaborate with the TA team to develop employer branding initiatives and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including job boards, social media influencers, and industry organizations.

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have the following:

• Proven experience in recruitment marketing/social media ad creation, talent acquisition, or employer branding.
• Ability to work onsite
• Strong knowledge of sourcing candidates through job portals such as Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and experience leveraging them for recruitment purposes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative recruitment marketing strategies.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in social media marketing or content creation is a plus.
