Alma is seeking a Social Video Producer to join our growing Content Marketing team.

In this new position, you’ll be responsible for rapid video production from development and scripting to filming and editing. Your work will focus particularly—but not singularly—on developing video content for TikTok and other organic social channels. This role will report to an incoming Manager of Video Marketing and work very closely with our Social Media team.

This candidate is a storyteller first and a marketer second. You’ll find the role particularly rewarding if you’re passionate about building equity, value mental health care, and making an impact using your creative lens.

What you’ll do:

• Produce TikToks, Reels, Stories, and other short-form video content, appearing on-camera as needed.
• Partner with the Senior Social Media Associate to analyze audience engagement and shape organic social media strategies.
• Contribute ideas for content, strategies, and experiments to advance the Alma brand with video.
• Collect and organize existing video assets for continuous use.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts, customers, brand designers, and content marketers to create accurate and on-brand videos.
• Help shape our new, in-house Video Marketing team to be as inclusive and collaborative as possible.

Who you are:

• You have a strong portfolio of videos you’ve produced for social media.
• You are comfortable being on-camera and recording voice over.
• You have at least one year of experience working with TikTok as a marketing channel, and may have experience with Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• You have a demonstrated ability to create content in service of defined business objectives.
• You can identify resources and tools needed to complete a video project efficiently.
• You have a growth mindset and are dedicated to building equity and inclusion.

Salary Band: $75,000 - $100,000
