SocioEmotional Program Director

Ensures successful implementation of evidence-based, culturally- and trauma-informed therapeutic

interventions. Utilize two generation approach when appropriate.

• Serves as primary referral contact for case management and crisis intervention.

• Provides clinical and/or task supervision and oversight to UMD SSW interns.

• Provides individual, family and group counseling to adolescent clients and their families as needed.

• Builds an awareness of mental health/ socio-emotional resources in the community (i.e. external

partners, referral points).

• Implements appropriate tiered interventions at the school level in collaboration with school

leadership and school staff (in response to data trends)

• All other duties as assigned and related to the work of UWCM.
