We built the Pulse Platform to address the most urgent human security issues faced by the world’s most vulnerable populations, specifically transnational crime, human trafficking, and global extremism. Our Pulse Platform is used to interact with populations around the world to provide insight into their thinking and engage them in two-way conversations. Pulse also provides access to publicly available information across the surface, the deep, dark web, and social media to provide a full view of the Information Environment from baseline through assessment.

Position Details

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as principal advisor to the Special Operations Command-Pacific on SOF-related Pulse Operations. Applicant will be the principal point of contact responsible for coordinating and synchronizing contract training support to the command’s forward SOF element. The applicant shall manage Two Six Technologies efforts to provide specialized operations and training in support of Special Operations Forces (SOF) OCONUS locations. Applicant will provide program management functions including finance, personnel, deliverables, contract management, coordination, execution, and Analyst performance and management. Presentation and briefing skills to Senior DoD and Government officials is expected.  Familiarity with TST's Pulse platform would be a plus, but it's not a requirement as training will be provided. This position requires 25% CONUS and OCONUS travel.

Personnel the Position will be responsible for:

The Solutions Architect is expected to provide expert advice on the employment of the Pulse system as well as lead a team in support of analysis and operations. They are responsible for promoting Pulse and Two Six Technologies in various locations and to a variety of customer types. Solutions Architect are a liaison between Two Six Technologies and our customers; we assist with customer needs and strive to resolve any and all issues in a timely manner. Pulse is typically employed both in support of SOF units functioning across the PSYOP, CA, and SF functional areas, and by analysts and planners to monitor the online information environment. Pulse Operations Analysts should be intimately familiar with Information Operations, PSYOP, Civil Affairs, and Military Planning. 

Duties:

• Interface directly with Government Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer’s Representative, and Technical Points of Contact.
• Provide oversight and management of contractor personnel assigned within various geographic regions worldwide.
• Develop and enforce work standards, assign contractor schedules, review work discrepancies, supervise contractor personnel, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization
• Direct contract functions for multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks
• Formulate, review, and approve task plans and deliverables in accordance with Government and corporate approved plans
• Hire, manage, and evaluate contract personnel
• Develop and instill a pro-active, collaborative environment and culture for personnel in order to enhance government operations

Desired experience:

• 10-15 years of experience as an Information Operations planner, Psychological Operations planner, or Public Diplomacy Officer
• Masters level education from an accredited college or university - MBA, MPA, or International Policy
• Deployed experience with a Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force (CJSOTF) or Inter-Agency elements
• Managed or at least familiar with PAI/OSINT collections

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience working with or for the military of which 5 years must be in one or more United States Army Special Operations Forces units/commands and at least 5 years serving in joint or combined commands as a commander, staff officer or senior enlisted advisor. Applicants must have a thorough knowledge of operational requirements associated with the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), and Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). Experience in providing oral and written communication and capability to deliver briefs and papers to Senior Executives, General Officers, and Flag Officers required. 
• Program management experience in managing and directing functions for multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks; formulating, reviewing, and approving task plans and deliverables; and hiring, managing, and evaluating contract personnel. 
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools. 
• Relevant experience in the past 12 months
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations as directed by the contract
• Empathetic - capable of understanding the burnout factor in a high uptempo environment and willing to work with subordinates to mitigate.
• Enthusiastic for the team and for the mission.

Clearance Requirements:

• Active Top Secret clearance 
• Ability to gain SCI and Special Access Program eligibility.
