Responsibilities

Software Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code.

Database Development
- Design, implement, and maintain relational databases.
- Optimize database performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Develop and implement data migration and integration processes.

System Architecture
- Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems.
- Ensure software solutions align with the overall IT architecture and business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks for software development.

Testing and Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and address defects.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software.

Documentation
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for software applications and databases.
- Document database structures, relationships, and data models.

Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other developers, system analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in software and database development.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
- Knowledge of web development frameworks and technologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
