As a member of the Consumer Home Ecosystem Engineering group, they will build high performance, scalable, accessible and elegant mobile applications with Swift and Objective-C using iOS application framework. They will also build the next generation applications for mobile devices with an emphasis on emotional experiences and constant attention to performance, accessibility and user delights; work with other Software Engineers, Architects, Backend Engineers, Cloud Data Experts, and Computer Scientists to build amazing and emotional experiences for Yahoo users; focus on enabling best customer experiences, and partner with the Product and Design team to redesign and implement user interfaces.
Minimum Qualifications

• Working experience with iOS app development using Objective-C, Swift, SwiftUI
• Solid coding, software design skills and grasp of software development best practices -- writing modular, reusable, testable code; data structures; design patterns; concurrency; performance profiling and tuning
• Working knowledge of source control using git
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills
• Strong team player -- great communicator, reliable, resourceful, adaptable, supportive, hard working and enjoyable to work with
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent CS training
• Self motivated and willingness and ability to learn new technology quickly

If hired for this position in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $79,500.00 - $132,500.00. The compensation may vary depending on your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include additional incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, plus equity incentives.
