4+ years’ experience in Information Systems

3+ years’ experience in a software asset management focused role required

Experience with processing purchase requisitions/POs for hardware using an ERP system

Experience with contacting vendors and software publishers for licensing info

Experience with supporting a software fulfillment process (i.e. Microsoft, Adobe) using SCCM

Experience with harvesting software licenses using SCCM

Experience with contacting vendors on status of open orders

ServiceNow ticket management experience preferred

Software Asset Management tool experienced preferred (ServiceNow, SNOW, etc)

IAITAM CSAM certification preferred

Strong ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) with multiple levels of the organization (internally and externally)

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks with little supervision

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with good interpersonal skills

Shows great intellectual curiosity
