Software Data Entry Specialist

Responsible for analyzing scope of work requirements and entering such information on our internal software platform within strict defined policies and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs data entry of new contract Scope of Work requirements into internal software platform.
• Reviews and verifies change requests and documents to determine accuracy and completeness of information, utilizes discretion and escalates issues as needed to correct or complete data.
• Performs all tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures all data is entered by appropriate deadlines and contain appropriate approvals.
• Examines scope of work files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.
• Updates scope of work files as required.
• Ensure data is distributed to all the proper channels of visibility on the software platform
• Works with all levels of management and employees.
• Maintains confidentiality and discretion in use of information related to contracts and scope of work requirements
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with 1-2 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Required to have a valid Driver's License
  Pay: $19- 20.00 per hour
  Shift (Days/Hours): Full Time
