Position Summary:

As a Software Developer at our Fort Worth, TX 76102 location, you will be instrumental in the design and development of innovative software, while also ensuring the robustness of our existing systems. As a technical authority, your role will entail tackling complex system integration and compatibility issues, as well as providing insights into design requirements. Your input will be critical in assessing the feasibility of potential software projects for management.

Key Roles / Responsibilities:

• Develop bespoke software solutions, aligning them with specific business needs.
• Boost the performance of existing software by identifying and implementing improvements.
• Ensure the software products' robustness and optimal functionality through testing and maintenance.
• Independently devise solutions that fulfill both user-defined requirements and advance the organization's broader objectives.
• Advocate for application quality, integrity, and reliability by devising and promoting best practices.
• Construct new software and web applications by scrutinizing requirements, creating workflow diagrams, evaluating system capacities, and drafting specifications.
• Improve controls by spotting issues and drafting improved procedures.
• Uphold system protocols through regular procedure updates.
• Ensure user confidence and operational security by maintaining confidentiality of information.
• Enhance professional and technical acumen by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, forming personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
• Foster teamwork by driving towards shared goals.
• Exercise strong analytical and product management skills to interpret customer business needs and convert them into application and operational requirements.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Profound expertise in Software and Web Development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core and .NET framework, T-SQL, and MS SQL Server.
• Comprehensive understanding of hardware/software requirements development and process improvement.
• Experience with Javascript and data analysis.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong aptitude for documentation.
• Customer-centric attitude, team player, and ability to deliver quality service to business clients.
• Unwavering attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
