Armedia is a CMMI-DEV Level 3 appraised, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 certified systems integrator providing Business Process, Document, Enterprise Content, Electronic Case, and Records Management services and solutions to US and international national, state, and local government agencies, educational institutions, and private sector companies ranging from privately-owned startups to publicly traded Fortune 500 companies.

We currently looking for well rounded app developers to be part of a large team. The program will require the following:

-The candidate will provide development teams with sufficient cross-functional skills to deliver features, enhancements, architecture, and integrations to support the Core Natural Resources Information Systems and Water and Climate Information Systems Value Streams.

-The candidate must be able to quickly include specialized skillsets or subject matter experts to support unique technical capabilities that are identified at PI Planning and/or updates to the roadmap.

-Specialized skillsets and experience will be needed during the call order in response to the business requirements for software development and modernization. Expertise in one or more of the following specific specialty areas is required to successfully support the subject PWS and resulting Call Order. The candidate will staff and manage team(s) that include the following specialized skillsets at a minimum:

• Java (6-8 years of web and backed development)
• Drupal (6-8 years of development ECM and web publishing systems)
• Microsoft SQL (6-8 years of experience MSSQL or other SQL for similar RDMBS)
• Python programming and/or R programming languages (6-8 years of experience in Python coding for various Data Analytic tasks, 6-8 years of experience in R with statistical and/or data analytic tasks)
• Machine Learning (6-8 years of experience in developing training models using Python based or other learning tools)
• ESRI JavaScript and ESRI API development (6-8 years expertise using ArcGIS API for web development support)
• Geospatial architecture, dataflows, integrations (6-8 years experience in integrating with GIS platforms to deliver GIS based visualizations and analytics on GIS Data)
• Mobile Architectures and Development (6-8 years of experience in developing IOS and/or Android frameworks, including IoT devices)
• Alfresco (6-8 years of experience in Alfresco Administration, Share Development, and/or ADF Development)
• Telemetry-based data collection (6-8 years of experience in working with Telemetry data sets)
• Science-based development:
  • Understanding of water/climate-based sciences including (data collection, processing, analysis and product creation)
  • Understanding of soil sciences including (data collection, processing, analysis and product creation)

Required Education:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Any Alfresco Certification
• Any ESRI Certification
• Any Drupal Certification
