Software Developer

• Build innovative features for Identity and Access Management 

• Lead in developing Identity management integration plan, framework for internal and external applications. 

• Work closely with IAM Architect to develop creative solutions. 

• Develop various workflows for satisfying business requirements 

• Working with various in house team or external vendors. 

• Leading design reviews with technical staff and provide guidance on programming standards and best practices. 

• Providing guidance to access administrators on best practices for RBAC engineering. 

• Working directly with systems administrators during deployment. 

• Troubleshooting the production environment and working with vendor ticketing system. 

• Conducting/coordinating Unit Tests/ System Tests and Performance testing of Identity Management System. 

Skill Requirement (Can be either Java or Node.js) 

Identity & Access Management Experience (3+ years) 

• Great Understanding of Identity and Access Management 

• Expertise in SailPoint is a must 

• Experience of designing Fine-grained authorization, Least privileged  access mechanisms  and/or ZeroTrust framework 

• Understanding of Authn protocol such as SAML, Oauth, Radius, OIDC 

• Knowledge of other IAM tools such as Sun IDM, PingID nice to have 

• 3+ years’ experience on Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Automation, RBAC, User/Role Provisioning, Access Certification is required 

Sailpoint (IIQ) Product Experience (3+ years)  

• Experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Deployment of SailPoint IIQ.  

• Good implementation experience in developing Custom Connectors, Plugins, Custom UI pages.  

• Hands on experience in onboarding multiple enterprise applications, platforms and databases including AD, LDAP, Open LDAP, Cloud based apps, Disconnected apps, WebService apps etc.  

• Heavy customization experience in writing different kinds of rules such as Aggregation rules, Provisioning rules Connector rules, etc.  

• Good understanding of SailPoint API's to customize OOTB features and implement custom functionalities.  

• Experience in creating and customizing different types of Certifications.  

• Experience in creation of custom Forms, custom Tasks, Custom Reports and email templates in SailPoint IIQ.   

• Experience in interacting with various application teams stakeholders to gather and complete technical requirements to on-board applications to SailPoint IIQ.  

• Experience in developing custom workflows from scratch and tremendous experience in customizing the existing OOTB workflows for different Business scenarios.  

• Good understanding of IIQ Build process and migration process.  

Java (4+ Years’ experience): 

• Great Problem solving skill 

• Should be able to improve the current development practices with innovative ideas 

• Strong Core Java knowledge and development experience, Knowledge on Design patterns & Collections 

• Should have good grasp of Data Structures, Algorithms 

• Should have good analytical and design skills and to align application design with business goals 

• Strong experience in multithreading & Synchronization, concurrency, Garbage Collection and performance optimization 

• Should have experience in JAVA performance tuning. 

• Work experience with Oracle database SQL and JDBC, XML, Xquery, XSL, SQL, RESTFul web services, JSP, Java Servlet Technology 

• Should have good development experience to write programs in Java to call APIs and implement required functionality 

NodeJS  (3+ Years’ Experience) : 

• In depth Javascript and  NodeJS expertise. 

• Knowledge in JS frameworks – ExpressJS/KrakenJS 

• Experience with Angular framework 

• Experience with front-end web technologies, including HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, MVC frameworks, and templating engines.
