Location: This is a remote position and we are considering candidates from any major hub in the US.

Armis is looking for a skilled Software Developer who is proficient in building robust applications and has a strong understanding of API integrations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role will involve working closely with both customer and internal teams to design, develop, and implement API solutions that streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Python-based applications and scripts for API integrations.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable API solutions.
  • Integrate third-party APIs into customer systems and platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
  • Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications with customers to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Monitor API performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, implementing solutions to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to API development and integration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years experience as a Python Developer, with a focus on API integration.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language (Additional experience in modern programming languages is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, and other web service technologies.
  • Experience working with popular API platforms such as RESTful, Web-services, or similar.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers and other stakeholders.

Salary range guidance for this position is:   $128,500.00- $173,500.00
