Introduction
We are looking for Software Engineers to join an AIOps Team with Cloud technologies experience. As part of the AI Ops team your role will be a to debug client issues design develop unit test and deliver fixes to our clients in Cloud and on-perm environment. Additionally you will provide technical support assistance directly to clients using problem determination and technical analytical skills.
You will work within an agile development team in a dynamic fashion having the ability to upskill when needed. Foster a high performing environment that enables teams to improve over time doing things correctly quickly and consistently. Proactively work across other teams to develop and provide development support for our clients.

IBM AIOps Insights is a platform that offers ITOps teams a comprehensive view of their managed IT environment encompassing resource operational and health status. By aggregating information from cross-domain event metric and topology ingestion and leveraging AI capabilities AIOps Insights enables teams to more quickly detect identify and collaborate on incidents. Your Role and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have a deep technical skill in software development with multiple languages agile practices and technologies running on Linux and Kubernetes/OpenShift. Also candidates should have a strong passion for solving problems developing highly efficient solutions and experimenting with new technologies. In addition the ideal candidate must also have a relentless desire for continuous improvement through the learning of new things be a champion of new ideas continually explore new perspectives and embrace going beyond their comfort zone.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Relevant University degree ideally in Information Technology or Computer Science
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of Elasticsearch Cassandra SQL Java XML Java Script and Python.
• strong analytical and troubleshooting skills on Cloud technologies (OpenShift / Kubernetes).
• Good teamwork in global team environment
• Quick learner with strong sense of ownership and high accountability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent organizational skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills familiarity with AI Machine learning server architecture and networking skills
• follow Agile development methodologies/best practices to produce quality code and documentation deliverables.
• Fluent in English.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
