Description
Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA seeking a Software Developer. This is a full-time benefitted position based in the McLean, VA area.
The Software Developer will:
Job Duties:
- Provide a range of technical and professional services associated with the management of programs, functions, projects, and activities
- Develop, maintain, and support Enterprise SQL Server Database Architecture, database modeling and relational databases
- Develop, maintain, and support a variety of applications using object-oriented and structured programming
- Conduct system analysis, security analysis, and maintain documentation
- Conduct full lifecycle support including methodology and standards development
- Perform necessary technical innovation for the development of applications and infrastructure support for external and internal communication platforms
- Requirements development, business process analysis associated with IT, technology research, communications analysis/management, conversion of legacy systems, COTS analysis and implementation
- Knowledge management, testing and implementing emerging software development and maintenance productivity tools
- Perform other technical duties as assigned, etc
Job Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field
