Your Role and Responsibilities
The IBM Sustainability Software business unit is seeking talented and motivated Software Developers to work on the Maximo Application Suite product.

In this role as a fullstack developer you will be responsible for gaining a comprehensive understanding of our product functionalities. You will actively engage in requirement gathering ensuring that we capture the needs and expectations of our customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing defects and implementing enhancements ultimately delivering new releases and patches of the highest quality.

Throughout this process you will collaborate extensively with a diverse range of stakeholders. This includes Product Owners Architects Release Managers Designers Support Business Partners and our valued customers. By fostering strong relationships and effective communication you will play a crucial role in aligning everyone’s efforts towards the successful evolution of our product portfolio.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 9+ years of experience as a full stack developer
• Strong Java experience
• Strong knowledge on Javascript/React/Angular
• Strong SQL knowledge DB2 or Oracle or MS SQL Server.
• Junit
• Knowledge of Git
• Websphere or Weblogic experience
• Knowledge of API
• Agile Methodologies
• CI/CD Tools: Git GitHub Travis CI Jenkins Artifactory
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Working experience on Maximo Asset Management
