The Software Developer creates scalable, robust, and simple desktop and/or web solutions to solve complex business problems. The Software Developer designs, develops, debugs, tests, and implements software features/enhancements as well as corrects defects in existing applications and reports.

The Software Developer creates scalable, robust, and simple desktop and/or web solutions to solve complex business problems. The Software Developer designs, develops, debugs, tests, and implements software features/enhancements as well as corrects defects in existing applications and reports.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Web application development (including GUI design)
- Produce efficient, clean, and well-commented code
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement applications and databases
- Work closely with other teams, developers, and Senior Management to build new features and applications
- Work with all User Interface, Application, and Database-related issues
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Experience in Object Oriented programming language (C# preferred)
- SQL/database experience
- Competency in developing modules independently
- Excellent written and verbal abilities-both written and oral
- Ability to evaluate complex problems and arrive at a resolution
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Web application experience
- Excellent interface design skills
- Experience with both web and desktop applications
- Full software development life cycle
- Experience with WPF
- Strong back-end development
- Ability to explain complex technical information
- Understanding of basic accounting concepts
