About the Job:
As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you'll bring knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a Software Developer Associate, you'll use your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our software products for our customers.
What You'll Get to Do:

• Perform hands-on software development and testing of desktop and mobile financial applications
• Work closely with the team to understand needs around client requirements
• Demonstrate a passion for learning and a willingness to adopt new technologies
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, ideas, and continuous improvement along with a great attitude, solid communication skills, willingness to learn and collaborate

What You'll Bring with You:

• Graduate from a coding bootcamp or educational technical degree
• Hands-on educational experience coding in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Development skills in React, Angular and/or other JavaScript libraries
• Desire to work with and learn from other Engineering team members
• Willingness to utilize your skills in all needed areas of the SDLC, including software automation/testing
