This is a hybrid role (three days in the office/two days remote).

About Your Team:

• Credit management team. Responsibilities of this position include developing and maintaining a risk management dashboard; data extraction, transformation and distribution systems; and reporting systems.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities within IBKR: 

• Design, implement and deliver high-quality software solutions that conform to architectural standards.
• Be part of a team that manages and 'owns' significant development tasks end-to-end (from business requirements analysis to 3rd-level production support)
• Demonstrate excellent collaboration/communication skills in working closely with other development teams to roll out important changes and applications.

What Skills are Required:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Engineering
• 1-2 years of hands-on development experience using core Java
• Database experience (JDBC, Oracle database)
• Python / Perl scripting skills
• Unix / Linux
• Demonstrated knowledge or experience in the software implementation lifecycle
• Self-starter, motivated, with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Java EE
• Experience with UIs and MVC.
• Experience with Git, Gerrit, Ivy
