What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Software Developer who is motivated to learn, develop and collaborate within a highly agile environment. We’re seeking a team oriented self-starter with a goal to become a technology leader in the next 2-3 years..

What You’ll Do:

• You’re gonna write great code, and lots of it. 
• You’ll be a member of an agile software development team, and a contributing voice in your team’s architecture, design and implementation efforts. 
• You’ll collaborate with, and support peers to write code that is both readable and reliable due to its inherent lack of complexity. 
• You’ll also look critically at what we’re building and how we’re building it
• You and the team will create a great product that impacts developers and users.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• You’re comfortable in multiple languages, such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.
• You’re passionate about writing testable code
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for building applications
• You’re familiar with relational and non-relational database systems
• You’re passionate about the craft of software development

Bonus Points:

• You have worked with WebRTC, SIP, or other real-time technologies
• You have experience with AWS or another cloud platform
• You have worked with REST, IP networking, and/or web protocols
• You have experience designing web services
