Software Developer (Remote - U.S.)

Position Summary: At Fusion Worldwide, we are dedicated to helping our customers overcome their biggest electronic component supply chain challenges. Coming on the heels of massive growth, we are looking for a Software Developer to be part of a development team working on our proprietary software system. This is a great opportunity to help a growing global company utilize cutting edge technology to solve high value business problems. Our current systems are currently based on a combination of a Win Forms-based front end and .NET web service with SQL Server-based back end. We will be evolving to a Blazor-based front end in the medium-term future and expect developers to be part of this evolution.

What you can do for us & Who we are looking for

• Strong Experience Required: 
  • C# language and Visual Studio
  • Win Forms-based application development
  • Developing, optimizing, and debugging applications and/or services under the .NET framework
  • MS SQL Server: proficiency with writing, understanding, and optimizing SQL code
  • XML proficiency required
• Desired Experience: 
  • Back-end coding, including web services
  • Integration with external platforms/services, etc.
  • REST / JSON
  • 3rd-party toolkits such as TELERIK
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of software experience
