Software Development Engineer

What You'll Do

• Design and develop computer software solutions to support APIs for backend services

• Apply technical skills in processing and analyzing computer binary files

• Apply principles and techniques of Object Oriented Programming working on Agile/SCRUM methodology

• Accomplish testing and deployment of computer software using DevOps pipeline

• Utilize cloud technologies (AWZ/Azure) in developing and deployment of software products

• Meet business objectives and team targets defined by Service Level Objectives

• Work in an Agile delivery team, including review and feedback during code reviews

• S/he will also be assigned to do project management or employee-driven initiatives that will address concerns on increasing productivity, efficiency, and delivering operational excellence

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science or any related field

• Exposure to open source Python, SQL as the preferred development platform is an advantage • Experience in agile development framework, systems analysis and design, test planning and QA

• Software development using Python, including common Python frameworks

• Experience in Software Testing, Debugging, and Bug Fixing

• Experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms

• Familiarity with Unit Testing, Critical Path, and Testing Coverage

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Reliable and dependable team player

• Great attention to detail and personal quality assurance

• Self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
