THE STORY

There is an outstanding opportunity to get in at the ground floor of an expansion of EDA support, and R&D with the establishment of the Siemens EDA Aprisa R&D team in Taipei. THE JOB

Siemens EDA is looking for a junior Software Developer to join Aprisa family.

You will be a meaningful member on the team, leading by sophisticated engineers and work on exciting projects. You will report to a software development manager who will be utterly dedicated to your success and the success of Aprisa family. The job requires you prioritise the schedule of projects. You will meet development and training expectations by working with the team.

You are flexible & eager to learn new things. Experience in software development that match the making impact role you're about to seek is a huge plus.

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE

With Bachelor or Master's degree in EE, CE, or CS with above 2 to 4 years validated experiences on large-scale enterprise software projects is extraordinary but not required. Although, of course, that if you know how to develop new algorithms, handle placement in large-scale software projects, is much appreciated.

You have a good understanding of topics around C/C++ software development and debugging techniques.

Bachelor of Science or Master of Science. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering with 2~4-year experiences in industry.

C/C++ proficiency

Knowledge of algorithm development, software programming and debugging skill

Knowledge of Linux, Shell script and Tcl language would be a plus

Knowledge of multithreaded implementation and Linux/UNIX is a plus

Prior experience with large-scale software developing and team projects is highly preferred

Knowledge of EDA design file formats (LEF, DEF, GDS, process technologies) with physical design database

Excellent English & Mandarin languages communication skill
