Overview:

As a Software Development Engineer I, you will contribute end-to-end to the product engineering lifecycle from frontend to the backend to managing the production services.

• Produce and inspire high-quality, well-tested code that is easy to read and maintain.
• Use technical knowledge to build new features, maintain the platform's stability at LivePerson's scale, and increase technical excellence
• Scale our current system to serve 10x traffic in the next 12 months, with critical uptime over >99.999%.
• Use the latest technologies to solve problems for our customers on a massive scale.
• Focus on production readiness including root cause analysis, testing, monitoring and documentation
• Contribute to the team's on-call rotation to improve incident coverage.

• At least two years of professional experience
• Must have knowledge of frontend and backend, and microservices is a huge plus.
• Understanding of RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and platform tooling.
• Enthusiasm about the end customer experience.
