Position Overview

Autodesk Connected Delivery Team enables internal and external developers to seamlessly integrate Autodesk solutions across Desktop and the Web. We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer in Test to join us in Bangalore and be a part of our journey in building the next-generation platform. You will be part of a team of diverse, smart, and driven engineers. You will be responsible for architecting, designing, building, owning, and testing various components, services and frameworks while collaborating with cross geo teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate tests for software validation by setting up test environments and designing test plans for desktop products and cloud services

• Align with team goals that connect to the wider organization goals

• Collaborate cross-geo with teams to influence the architecture and design of software and help bring quality into the design of the product

Minimum Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related engineering field

• 2-5 years of software engineering experience

• Strong background in programming and software testing

• Strong Python/C++/Java programming skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Enjoys working collaboratively in a team with high trust

• Experience in developing test automation frameworks on Windows, Mac and Linux will be a bonus

• Familiarity with SDLC, Test life cycle, Defect life cycle

• Experience with scrum and agile processes will be a bonus

• Technology stack: Python/C#, JavaScript
