Software Development Engineer in Test - Integon

Job Description
As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will ensure software quality by designing test frameworks, writing scripts, and performing both manual and automated testing. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to build reliable software, applying Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write and execute test cases for both manual and automation testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all features.
• Work closely with developers to understand the architecture and design of the application, ensuring that tests are aligned with the product's goals.
• Apply OOP principles to create maintainable and reusable code within test automation.
• Utilize SOLID software design principles to create flexible and scalable test solutions.
• Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices in test automation and software development.
• Work with the team to implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines, ensuring that automated tests are run frequently and consistently.
• Continuously improve skills in test automation, quality assurance, and software development through mentorship, training and hands-on experience.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Preferred).

Experience

• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred).
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.
• Basic understanding of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Preferred).
