This role reports directly to the QA Manager
Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate with product, engineering, and other domain teams to deeply understand features, improve product quality, and shorten release time from dev to production.Assume ownership of the development and implantation of test plans/strategies that are inclusive of design and execution of both Manual & Automated test casesPerform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to uncover software defects and ensure optimal performanceCoordinating and driving E2E testing with cross-domainsTrack and document defects from discovery to resolutionConduct root cause analysis for identified defects and work proactively to prevent similar issues in the futureCreate and maintain data scenarios to support test plans and test cases.Knowledge and Skills
3-5 years working as an automated test engineer desiredProficient knowledge of an object oriented language such as C# or JavaComplete understanding of application development life cycleProficient knowledge of QA Testing Techniques & STLCProficient understanding of source control systems (GitLab) and CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins)Proficient understanding of automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium WebDriver and/or, CypressProficient understanding of testing REST APIsStrong attention to detail and ability to problem solve independently and collaborativelyExperience in testing mobile web applicationsEducation
