TITLE: Software Development Engineering - Advisor II

EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC

LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES: Develop customized solutions within the platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. Manage daily support and maintenance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements. Design project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment. Lead knowledge sharing sessions; develop Mainframe based solution following Agile and Waterfall development methodology using Cobol, JCL, CICS, DB2, REXX, and VSAM; and prepare test strategy and test plan for unit testing, regression testing, system testing and production parallel testing.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and 7 years in any job title involving COBOL mainframe application development. Prior experience must include: 7 years working in the payment processing industry with Debit Card processing; 7 years leading a team of analysts and programmers on Mainframe projects; 7 years providing 24/7 on-call support; 7 years working with CA-7 scheduling, JCL, REXX, DB2 and CICS; 4 years working in a JIRA Kanban environment; 4 years working with large batch processing applications; and 4 years with debugging tools including Xpediter, Debug, or Intertest. #P3M
