At CSAA Insurance Services, Inc.'s office in Glendale, Arizona, develop automation framework and lead a team of analysts in the delivery of QA (ETL) Deliverables. Make recommendations and direct improvements to the software development lifecycle process. Design automation frameworks and implement CI/CD pipeline regression execution. Perform complex testing tasks including test planning, test case development, test execution, and test automation for functional, data quality, and performance testing. Assure that developed products meet design specifications and are within specified quality limits and standards. Collaborate and partner closely with project managers, development leads, and management teams to ensure that software is tested to the highest quality. Analyze users' needs, leverage Business Requirements documents (BRDs) and User Stories for test case development. Responsible for establishing quality assurance and compliance processes for ETL Data validations. May mentor and lead software development engineers in test. May work remotely within commuting distance of the Glendale, AZ office.

Requires 5 years of testing/quality assurance experience on ETL/Data Integration/Data Warehousing projects, including 3 years as a senior test engineer on ETL projects.

Experience must include:

• Using testing/quality assurance tools such as JIRA and working in Agile delivery methodology;
• 5 years of relational database experience covering writing queries, manipulating test data through efficient SQL queries and stored procedures;
• 5 years of experience defining, writing and executing detailed test cases covering all the functionalities of an ETL solution;
• 1 year of hands-on experience on Python and Cloud data integrations Informatica DVO or equivalent testing tool; and
• Test automation for ETL/Data integrations.
