Software Development Lead

• Define and develop effective, secure, reliable, and scalable solution architecture to satisfy project requirements.
  Actively contribute on all aspects of the SDLC process.
• Define necessary unit tests and help the team to implement them.
• Review all development code to maintain quality and consistency across all teams and projects.
• Provide necessary support to unblock team members as needed.
• Work closely with counterparts in Infrastructure, Data, PMO, and Service Desk to deploy solution and transition support.
• Perform technical analysis and recommend necessary improvements.
• Continually research and evaluate existing and emerging technology to stay current in terms of market trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
• 7 years of experience developing applications.
• .NET, .NET Core, and Web API.
• Angular, React, or similar client-side frameworks.
• SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar) and NoSQL (CosmosDB, MongoDB, or similar).
• Entity Framework and Entity Framework Core.
• Thorough understanding of computer science fundamentals including design patterns and data structure.
• 3 years of experience developing, analyzing, testing, and performing optimization of code.
• 3 years of experience working on Azure or other cloud service solutions.
• 3 years of experience using the Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) now Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience communicating with and presenting to business stakeholders and executives preferred.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
