• Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, including software developers, data engineers, and web scraping specialists
• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
• Provide architectural guidance and technical direction across AI-driven data acquisition and platform development
• Oversee AI-enabled web scraping systems, ensuring ethical, compliant, and efficient data collection practices
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, processes, and best practices to ensure delivery excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering priorities with business objectives
• Manage resource planning, timelines, and delivery commitments across multiple concurrent initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in software or data engineering, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex technical programs
• Strong expertise in AI-driven web scraping, large-scale data acquisition, and distributed systems
• Solid background in Java-based systems and modern cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms and pipelines
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and data intelligence platforms is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational development capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage competing priorities, drive strategic initiatives, and make decisions in complex environments
