Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Technical mentorship and leadership for a team of 15-20 developers and qa members

• Build excellent processes to manage seamless interface between business and engineering teams

• Establish best practices for software engineering, release, and quality including adherence to agile practices CI/CD, and testing

• Strong focus on feedback loops ranging from annual scorecarding to weekly one on one meetings

• Lead data driven Team capacity planning

• Support experimentations and new development approaches that drive innovation

• Lead team to next level of documentation standards

• Instill a sense of ownership, humility, and accountability within the team, empowering individuals to contribute their best work

• Security leadership in development policies, processes and cloud environment management

Skills

• Track record delivering high end organization and detail orientation to complex projects

• Articulate communicator with both technical and business teams

• Technical engineering background and education

• Experience with SQL, ETL, Oracle and data products

• Experience with Cloud Platforms

• Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and emerging technologies

• 3+ experience leading technical software engineering projects

• 7+ years engineering experience
