Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Develop and implement software development processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into software solutions
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery
• Continuously improve development processes and methodologies to increase productivity and quality
• Ensure the team is using ChatGPT4 in their daily work to maximize efficiency and accuracy
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development to ensure the team is using the best tools available
• Hire, train, and mentor developers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of experience in a management or leadership role
• Experience with ChatGPT4 and similar language models
• Strong sense of urgency and bias for action
• Innovative thinker with a track record of delivering creative solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Passionate about technology and software development
