• Manage and develop a team of Java software developers and leads fostering a high-performance team culture.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 10+ years in application development with proven experience managing high-performing development teams.

• Experience with custom application software development and packaged software implementations.

• Knowledgeable in Waterfall and Agile Scrum development processes.
