InterVision Company is seeking a Software Development Manager - Generative AI to manage our off-shore development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing software development projects. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and deployment of AI models and applications that solve complex problems and enhance our product offerings.

• Minimum of 5 years in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience with generative AI models and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong background in deep learning, neural networks, and natural language processing
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying AI models in production
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
• Experience in the [industry-specific] applications of AI
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
• Solid understanding of project management principles and practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI or a related field strongly preferred
• Excellent programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Advocate for AI initiatives and secure necessary resources.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and technical audits.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback to refine AI solutions.
