Software Development Process Owner

The software process owner is responsible for defining, improving and deploying processes for all development projects including KPI reporting and lessons learned execution.

Responsibilities:

'Own the software development processes
Capture the needs of internal stakeholders regarding working methods and constraints, and transform these into useable, efficient and effective process documentation while staying aligned with the international standards for software development
Work closely with software developers to implement the process base parctices and methods, ensure the correct implementation.
Responsible to assess the process adherence by defining methods based on checklist, Metrics and KPIs, identify the gaps and propose solution by considering the project cosntraints.

Coache the software developers and the organization to apply the processes
Create and provide process related training in form of: documentation, video training, workshops etc.
Support RFQ/RFI and customer presentations

Education/Qualification:

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience:

8+ years automotive software development work experience in Multiple National Companies

Key Skills and Knowledge:
