Software Development Project Manager (Secret Cleared)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Project Manager who combines strong technical knowledge with proven project leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development or systems engineering and at least two years of Agile project management experience. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full software development lifecycle — from planning and execution through delivery — while ensuring projects are completed on time within scope and aligned with organizational goals. Active Secret clearance or higher required.

Responsibilities:

• Plan coordinate and manage software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban or hybrid).

• Collaborate with software developers systems engineers QA and stakeholders to define project scope goals deliverables and timelines.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and sprint reviews.

• Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks and ensure alignment with technical objectives.

• Track project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

• Manage stakeholder communications project reporting and documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and manage priorities within multiple concurrent development projects.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery processes tools and team collaboration.

• Ensure adherence to software development best practices coding standards and quality assurance processes.

$90000 - $108000 a year

This position includes a bonus up to 15%.
