Your Role:

• Manage resource assignments to project teams to execute development programs
• Responsible for SW Development from Requirements to
• Verification/Validation using SDLC Model per ASPICE
• Ensure that the team meets project targets in terms of content, quality, timing and cost
• Play the role of technical mentor for the architecture team
• Attract, recruit and retain new talents
• Responsible to develop, guide, mentor, evaluate, train, manage and recognize employees
• Support microprocessor selection activities
• Managing Budget & Capital Planning
• Work in an agile development environment
• Active participation in the further development and optimization of existing and new development processes and tools
• Management of external service providers, in particular the specification of the task, the selection of service providers as well as the monitoring of adherence to schedules, quality and costs.

Your Background:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of proven experience in leading and managing high performing team
• Experience in system/software architecture design for highly complex systems
• 5+ years of embedded C/C++ programming experience
• Experience in handling multiple Product development lifecycles; preferably in Automotive OEMs
• Experience in Agile development
• Methodical approach to problem solving

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of Automotive industry work experience
• CAN/Ethernet communication protocols and tools experience
• Excellent communication / presentation skills
• Embedded development tools (compilers, debuggers, oscilloscopes, serial data tools, etc.)
• Embedded microprocessor experience (operating systems, I/O drivers, communication drivers, etc.).
