Design, develop, and operate resilient distributed services that run on ECS or Kubernetes to serve hundreds of millions of users around the world

Collaborate with various functional teams on expansion of our recommendation systems

Influence the roadmap and product development of KlearNow App and services • Recruit, inspire, and develop team members

Qualifications

· B.Tech/MS in Computer Science and Technology with minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying large scale applications, and microservices in Java, Golang, Python, Node.js, etc.

· Experience in designing and developing databases using MongoDB, SQL. NoSQL knowledge is a plus.

· Deep knowledge in one or more of these areas: Cloud platforms (we use AWS), Kubernetes.

· Experience with distributed caches, such as Elasticsearch, Redis, etc.

· Experience in Agile Methodologies for Containerization using CI/CD automation tools.

· An engineer who enjoys writing readable, concise, reusable, extensible codes on day to day basis.

· Ability to meet deadlines; to get the job done considering close and tight demands from management.

· A go-getter approach in finding solutions.

What your role demands:

· Take responsibility for the design implementation, delivery, and maintenance of several code libraries and distributed services.

· Be responsible for building highly scalable, reliable and fault-tolerant systems.

· Be an active participant in formulating product roadmap and defining the OKRs of the team and the company.

· Discuss and articulate product requirements continuously with product management.

· Stay updated on the latest technologies in distributed systems.

· Capable of understanding and researching new technologies and tools that help building the next generation systems.

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience in design and development using NoSQL, such as DynamoDB, Cassandra or RocksDB

Experience with Aerospike, ElasticSearch, Kafka, and Spark

 Experience with Agile development methodology and CI/CD

Experience with Docker containers along with Kubernetes or ECS
