Are you looking for an opportunity to put your software development skills to use at a world-class technology company? This is your opportunity to join the Thomson Reuters Technology group as a software engineer in our development team.

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for working on projects that support the Global Print business processes. You'll build and maintain custom web applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core, using MS SQL Server and Postgres databases. You will work closely with the Global Print business to capture customer requirements and design new solutions. This role requires a flexible engineer who is comfortable with server-side and frontend UI development as well as working in the DevOps space, including in the AWS cloud.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Software Engineer (.Net) if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of development experience with Microsoft development stacks: .NET Core / .NET Framework
  • Front-end development experience (JavaScript/CSS/HTML)
  • Exposure to Object-Orient Programming development, preferably with C#
  • Experience using database technologies, especially MS SQL Server or Postgres
  • A desire to learn and embrace emerging technologies.
  • Collaboration mindset: you value engaging others to provide or request assistance.
