Job Summary

The software engineer will work as part of the product development team and is responsible for building out clean, scalable code in a complex environment. This individual should have experience in Javascript/Typescript, Vue/Vuex, Unit Testing and uses their expertise to solve complex problems efficiently while weighing the needs of the business.

Essential Functions

• Contribute to the change the existing SaaS code base to a modern, scalable front end framework
• Collaborate with UX designers, product teams and full-stack engineers to create customer facing features
• Contribute as a member of the development team by working on bugs and enhancement requests
• Effectively communicate changes, improvements and functionality to designers, product teams, engineers and architects
• Create modular and testable UI controls and components
• Understand how to work in various frameworks

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science or closely related field required
• 1-3 years 2+ years of relevant experience required
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, Vue/Vuex, HTML
• Experience with Unit and E2E testing of Vue applications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• User-centric mindset, with background working on or with user experience teams
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a contributing member of a team
• Agile/Scrum development experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management, scheduling, communication and organizational skills
• Comfortability troubleshooting and providing assistance to teammates

Salary for this role is 65K-75K
